Starring and narrated by Arsinée Khanjian, this documentary essay builds a layered and elusive image of Armenian identity. It explores the lives of various Armenian individuals and their perspectives on their troubled country. Balancing personal stories with a look at the country's complex and turbulent history, the film places the notion of homeland in the spotlight and examines it from multiple points of view. The film's director, Garine Torossian, includes herself as one of the subjects, adding her own complicated set of ideas to the film's tapestry of voices.
