ACOM Genocide Commemoration Event

 

The Armenian Cultural Organization of Minnesota invites you and your family to join us on April 24 to commemorate the 105th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
 
This virtual event will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24 and it will be hosted through ZOOM. Please see our flyer, or follow the directions below for details on how to participate.
 
The Program:
  • Poetry Reading with Andrea Johnson
  • Featured Speaker: Dr. Joachim Savelsberg
  • A Moment of Silence and Reflection
  • A video of Armenia featuring the song Ambets Gorav (“Lost in the Skies”)
During the Moment of Silence and Reflection, if you feel comfortable doing so, we welcome you to hold up to your camera either a photo of your loved ones or to light a candle to hold up in remembrance and reflection.
